WINES
The winemaking process is a means to an end. In the first place the
wine should be well made, and at the same time it should express the
particular characteristics of the soil of its location - the "terroir".
Modern techniques and knowledge are applied of course, but above all
good healthy grapes are necessary, and for the red wines, a long fermentation.
